Develop a strong, toned and shapely core with this at-home no-equipment necessary core/abdominal workout. A strong core protects your back from injury, improves posture, leads to better balance and stability (for sports and in everyday life) and makes you feel tall, confident and great!
Aim to perform 4-10 repetitions of each exercise. Go for the burn, stay focused, keep movements controlled, relax neck and shoulders and keep abdominals engaged throughout. Enjoy!
