As a top personal trainer to Hollywood’s elite, business executives (including corporate training), and busy professionals from all walks of life, Carla Zeitlin knows that people value their personal time and privacy, while others don’t like the crowds and distractions at their gyms. Carla offers several location options in the Los Angeles area for your convenience: Carla’s private Santa Monica studio/gym, your own home or office, or the great outdoors (we love training at the beach)!
With more than 20 years in the fitness field, Carla Zeitlin draws on leading techniques, such as Integrative – Core Stabilization Training, Reformer and Mat Pilates, Plyometrics and Traditional Weight Training. The CORE workout programs combine stimulating exercises that strengthen all of the major muscle groups, including the crucial CORE groups — the abdomen, butt, hips, and lower back. Carla and her CORE fitness team will also consult with you on eating nutritiously, so that you stay lean and healthy all year round!
