Carla Zeitlin, Multi-Certified CORE-trainer, Pre/Postnatal Exercise Specialist, and Pilates Instructor, takes you through some of her favorite core-training and full-body exercises to strengthen, tone and define your butt (glutes, bum, tushie) arms, legs and core!
Do two sets of 8-15 reps of each exercise for best results!
All of these exercises are perfectly safe for my pregnant friends out there too, but be sure to get your doctor’s approval before starting any new exercise programs, and listen to your body if it’s telling you to slow down and take a break :)
